As reported earlier today by the Neue Zürcher Zeitung, Marcel Jenni will be the head coach of the Swiss U20 as of next season. Marcel Jenni has been at the helm of the U18 national team for the past three seasons, since 2020. Before that, he was part of EV Zug's youth organization, where he was responsible for the U17.
Marco Bayer, in turn, will leave Swiss Ice Hockey and replace Michael Liniger as head coach of the GCK Lions. He has signed a two-year deal with the Lions. Liniger, for his part, will leave the organization.
