For the six-time Czech champions, it will be the third Spengler Cup participation after 1987 and 2007. With HC Dynamo Pardubice, the defending champion HC Ambri-Piotta, the host HC Davos, Team Canada and Frölunda HC, five participants are already confirmed. Only one team is therefore missing to complete the lineup of this year's edition.
