The US forward was set to reinforce the Leventinesi in Davos. Now, the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers and HC Davos have agreed that the 33-year-old is going to suit up for the host team.
Besides Finnish forward Valtteri Filppula from Genève-Servette HC, Rowe is HCD's second reinforcement for the Spengler Cup. The SCL Tigers' Jesper Olofsson and Harri Pesonen, who were also supposed to play for Davos, will suit up for the Bern Selection.
