Davos-bound in late Decemer: HC Ambrì-Piotta

After a convincing showing in 2019, HC Ambrì-Piotta will be back at the Spengler Cup during the last week of 2020. Their performance and the engagement of their fans left a mark on the organizing committee. Having won their group, they managed to reach the semifinals, but ended up getting eliminated by HC Oceláři Třinec in overtime.
For the Biancoblù, it will be the second participation in the tournament hosted by HC Davos. Besides Team Canada, the current defending champion and regular guest, HC Sparta Praha will also be attending.
