Lian Bichsel, who currently plays for Leksands IF, figures in 14th place of the NHL Central Scouting's mid-term rankings for international skaters. He was also the only Swiss player to receive a B-ranking (projected to be drafted in the second or third round) from them at the beginning of the season.

SC Bern's Joshua Fahrni (126th place), the GCK Lions' Noah Meier (127th place), EV Zug's Dario Allenspach (128th place), GCK's Livio Curdin Truog (130th place), EHC Biel's Mattheo Reinhard (132nd place), EHC Biel's Yann Vögeli (133th place), and EHC Kloten's Noah Greuter (134th place) also figure on the list of the top 135 international skaters.

As there are also Swiss players, who are currently playing in North America, some have also made it to the list of the 224 top North American skaters.

The highest-ranking Swiss player on said list is defenseman Rodwin Dionicio, who currently plays for the Niagara IceDogs. He is listed in 132nd place. Lorenzo Canonica, who suits up for the Shawinigan Cataractes, figures in 147th place and Maximilian Streule (Winnipeg Ice) in 214th place.
