Joe Thornton has signed a one-year contract with the Toronto Maple Leafs

For the first time in 14 years, Joe Thornton will thus suit up for another NHL team than the San Jose Sharks. The forward has just recently agreed to playing for HC Davos until the NHL will open the gates of the 2020-21 season.

In 70 games for the San Joe Sharks last season, Thornton recorded seven goals and 24 assists.
