With the agreement in place, the 24 teams will now be able to open training camps on Monday. They will stay in their home base until July 26, when they will fly out to the hub cities (Eastern Conference: Toronto, Western Conference: Edmonton).

Each team will be allowed to bring 52 individuals into the hub cities, but only 31 of which can be players. All individuals in the "bubble" will be tested daily for COVID-19.

As for the schedule, the Stanley Cup qualifiers are scheduled for noon, 4 pm ET and 8 pm ET for the Eastern Conference teams, and 2 pm, 6.30 pm, and 10.30 pm ET for the Western Conference teams. The qualifiers will start on August 1.

In the wake of the ratification, one player has already decided to opt out of playing, if the NHL will indeed be able to resume play on August 1. Travis Hamonic, defenseman for the Calgary Flames, announced through his agency Titan Sports 365 that he will not play due to health concerns for his daughter.
