HC La Chaux-de-Fonds, who won the regular season with 105 points will face HC Sierre (8). EHC Olten (2) and SC Langenthal (7) will face each other one last time before Langenthal will join the MyHockey League.
The GCK Lions (3) will play against EHC Basel, who end their first season back in the Swiss League in sixth place. Finally, EHC Visp will have it out with HC Thurgau.
