HC La Chaux-de-Fonds ends the 2021-22 season with a profit of CHF 86,000. They also generated revenue of CHF 5.2 million, 722,000 of which are from the "à-fonds-perdus" subsidies. The team will, however, still have to pay back CHF 1.1 million from the credit they received from the Federation.

As for the holding company, it will consist of four limited companies: HCC Sports, HCC Marketing, HCC Catering, and HCC Academy. The aim of their reorganization is to "rationalize revenues through a better distribution of the clubs' activities." The holding company will be owned by the shareholders.

The rink project was also a subject of discussion at last night's general assembly. The development phase of the project has been initiated. At the moment the to-be renovated arena is supposed to hold a capacity of 6,000. It is also already clear that they will exceed the budget which was originally estimated to be between 20 and 25 million francs.

"This is in order to meet the needs and demands of users, as well as the expectations of the General Council," Thierry Brechbühler, the municipal councilor in charge of the project, stated at the assembly.
