Hans Pienitz has signed a one-year contract with SC Langenthal. The 34-year-old defenseman has been with the Swiss League team since the 2013-14 season. This season, he has recorded three goals and four assists in 34 games.
Tyler Higgins, too, will stay for another season with Langenthal. The 23-year-old defenseman is currently in his second season with the Swiss League team and has put up three goals and four assists in 36 games.
As for the Gianluca Zaetta, SC Langenthal has decided to acquire his B-license in light of Colin Stauffacher's injury. The 19-year-old goaltender suffered a ligament injury on his ankle joint and will be out for the remainder of the season.
