It had not been clear whether the Mice would be able to get promoted to the National League, as they do not fulfill all criteria set by the National League: they do not have a U17/U20 junior team playing at the Elit level.
However, as CEO Patrick Reber told the Oltner Tagblatt several weeks ago, they had submitted an additional application to the National League AG for an exemption permit regarding that particular issue. It seems as if that has been granted.
