The two forward will be able to showcase their skills to the Swiss League team, as Le Nouvelliste reports.

HC Sierre's roster is not yet complete

Whereas Théo Reynaud played for Lausanne HC's U20 team last season (three goals, 13 assists in 41 games), Sacha Tonoli was part of a USPHL team, the Hampton Roads Whalers. In twelve regular-season games, he recorded ten goals and nine assists.

Furthermore, HC Sierre is also not yet sure who will replace Mathieu Vouillamoz (returned to GSHC) in their lineup. While head coach Dany Gelinas has some of his young players in mind (e.g. Eliot Bernazzi, Sven Dayer), he also says that if they cannot fill that role they will wait to see what Lausanne HC offers them.

The two teams recently announced their partnership. However, Gelinas does not yet know who of Lausanne HC's players will join HC Sierre: "The only thing I know for sure is that these will not junior players. These will be proven players who already have some experience in the National League.

Gelinas hopes to receive some forwards to reinforce his offense and bring more depth to his team. One of the forwards under contract with HC Sierre, Kenny Fellay, will certainly not be able to hit the ice before November or December. Fellay has been out of the lineup since December 2020 due to a severe knee injury.
