In the first round, EHC Olten will host HC La Chaux-de-Fonds, SC Langenthal will play at home against EHC Winterthur, HC Thurgau will face the GCK Lions, the HCB Ticino Rockets will take on HC Ajoie, HC Sierre will host EHC Kloten, and the EVZ Academy will host EHC Visp at the Bossard Arena.
