From player to assistant coach: Reto Kobach.

After retiring at the end of this past season, Reto Kobach, 40, remains in Winterthur as an assistant coach and will work with the new head coach Teppo Kivelä. Already the past season, Kobach helped out Misko Antisin, who had taken over the position of the head coach from Michel Zeiter in December 2019.
For his part, Lukas Meili, 28, will take care of the goaltenders in the coming season. The former netminder retired from professional hockey two years ago.
