Antonio Rizzello to hang up his skates

The Swiss League team confirmed this to swisshockeynews.ch upon request. Rizzello and Geiger will end their long careers, while goalie Wolfang Zürrer and defender Bryan Peter have decided to focus on their studies for now.
Patrick Sidler, 34, and Rihards Puide, 23, will also leave the team, but it is not yet clear where they will end up next season.
Youngsters Noah Meier and Kaj Suter, who have contracts with the ZSC Lions, will also get some playing time with the GCK Lions. Nelson Chiquet and Ryan Hayes, for their part, will stay with the team for another season.
Correction An earlier version of this article stated that also Patrick Sidler is going to retire. His future, however, is still open.
