Loïk Poudrier to return to Switzerland?

According to Arcinfo, Loïk Poudrier is in advanced contract negotiations with HC Sierre. If he were to sign with the Swiss League team, he would thus return to Switzerland after a four-season stint in France.
Poudrier, who has a French and a Canadian passport, played his junior years in Canada and then joined HC Ajoie in 2013. In 2014, he then signed with HC La Chaux-de-Fonds and played for them until he left Switzerland in 2016. In 41 games for Bordeaux, he recorded ten goals and 18 assists.
