Swiss League

The Swede will be on the staff of head coach Per Hånberg for next season.

A new face will be part of Kloten's staff

Björn Lidström joins EHC Kloten from the Wings HC Arlanda, a team in the Hockeyettan, the third tier league in Sweden. There, the 43-year-old was working as head coach for four years in total, and also has the experience of one year as assistant in the HockeyAllsvenskan, the country's second tier league.

Lidström will be in charge of Kloten's defence, while head coach Hånberg will be responsible for the offence.

"We are pleased to reinforce our Swedish power behind the bench and are happy to be able to provide the best possible working conditions for our head coach with this move", Kloten's team manager Felix Hollenstein comments the signing.
