According to the Walliser Bote, several names are in the mix for EHC Visp's second import-player spot alongside American forward Mark Van Guilder. If everything goes according to plan, the club will be able to present their new import-player by the end of March.

Moreover, EHC Visp will keep two spots on their roster reserved for prospect players, who might only be able to prove themselves during pre-season, the same source reports.

For the upcoming season, the Valaisans have already signed the forwards Anton Ranov (EHC Winterthur), Fabian Haberstich (EV Zug), Jan Petrig (EHC Biel), and Nils Berger (SCL Tigers), as well as defenseman David Zeiter (GSHC jun.).
