Although the 47-year-old was not able to prevent EHC Kloten from their relegated to the Swiss League, the club is counting on him for the upcoming two seasons, until 2020. Rötheli has been part of the club for five years, acting as their team manager, head coach of the Elite-A juniors, as well as assistant and head coach of the first team.
