For the upcoming season, the SCL Tigers are looking for "two strong and stable centers", head coach Thierry Paterlini says to the Berner Zeitung. But he does not seem to be too keen on a return of Chris DiDomenico.
Paterlini is looking for "real personalities who can play in a team-serving manner and take on a leader role". But asked about the Canadian by the Berner Zeitung, he wonders: "Can DiDomenico cover this package? I don't know him well enough, but I have my doubts."
Be that as it may, Paterlini does not believe that his opinion makes any difference: "I think he has his future sorted out anyway. He will hardly have terminated his contract in Bern without being secured."
