Haller celebrates his 31st birthday tomorrow and is currently in his fourth season with EHC Basel in the Swiss League. In 18 games so far, he stopped 89.93% of all shots and conceded an average of 3.21 goals per game.
Moreover, the Lakers inform that defender Alain Bircher will finish the season with EHC Olten in the Swiss League. Bircher moved to Olten early in the season and has already played 25 games for them (three goals, five assists). His contract in Rapperswil expires at the end of the season.
