HC Fribourg-Gottéron has 15 forwards under contract at the moment. There is a plan to loan one of them to the Swiss League for the season, with another one splitting time between the leagues. "I don't want to have players who sit in the stands for two weeks without playing", team manager Christian Dubé is quoted by La Liberté. Two candidates for this would probably be Gaétan Jobin and Dominik Binias.
On the financial side, once the Covid credits are paid back, they plan to increase their budget and build some reserves.
The capacity of the BCF Arena, which was just raised to 9'009, will see another increase in the coming years. Eventually, it will be able to hold 9'300 people.
