Considering the events of last season, marked for several months by restrictions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the economic result, i. e. a loss of CHF 213'383, is considered satisfactory by Beat Brechbühl, chairman of SCB Eishockey AG. For Brechbühl this was the last general assembly as chairman of the association, as he will leave his role to Marc Lüthi, who in turn, passed on the role of CEO to Raeto Raffainer.

As for marketing and ticket sales, COO Rolf Bachmann explains that with the advertising campaign "immer & ewig" (that can be translated to "always & forever") they "want to get closer to the people again and offer them an experience in the PostFinance Arena." At the moment, season ticket sales stand at over 11,000 and will continue.

Finally, Raeto Raffainer informed about the advanced talks with EV Bomo Thun from the Women's League. The aim is to promote women's ice hockey in the region and to integrate EV Bomo Thun into SC Bern's organization as of the 2023-24 season.
