The 30-year-old Swede has signed a two-year contract with the Bears, valid until the end of the 2023-24 season.

"Oscar has been at the top of our list since April," Andrew Ebbett, team manager of SC Bern, states. "We are very happy that he decided to move to Switzerland."

Lindberg, who was drafted by the Phoenix Coyotes (now Arizona Coyotes) back in 2010, is a product of Skellefteå AIK. He played in North America for six seasons before returning to Europe in 2019 and suiting up for EV Zug. For the past two seasons, Lindberg was under contract with Dynamo Moskova. In 24 regular-season games, he recorded nine goals and 16 assists.
