According to Zaugg, Kloten already wanted to sign GCK Lions' Michael Liniger a little while ago, but as the 42-year-old has a valid contract he is apparently not an option.
Moreover, still according to the same source, Thierry Paterlini as well has received an offer from Kloten. The 46-year-old is currently HC La Chaux-de-Fonds' head coach and expected to join the SCL Tigers as of next season.
As Zaugg writes, however, Paterlini might end up in Kloten after all. Neither of the involved clubs gave a statement regarding these speculations nor officially confirm anything as of now.
