Coming from the KHL, Francis Paré has agreed with Lausanne HC on a deal until the end of the current season. According to Jérôme Reynard (Sport-Center), Paré will play already tonight in the home game against EHC Biel. With this signing, Lausanne HC now has five foreigners on the roster, considering that Mark Barberio is currently on loan to Ak Bars Kazan.
The 34-year-old has been playing in the KHL in previous years, most recently for Avangard Omsk (16 games, two goals, two assists this season). He did, however, not play since the beginning of November when he terminated his contract with Omsk.
