The 31-year-old forward has agreed to two-year deal with the Dragons, valid until the end of the 2023-24 season.

"Since his arrival, Mauro has become one of the most important players of our team," team manager/head coach Christian Dubé states. "We are glad to be able to count on him for another two seasons."

Mauro Jörg is currently in his second season with HC Fribourg-Gottéron. His contract would have expired at the end of this season. In 24 regular-season games, he has recorded five goals and eleven assists.
