Lakers close the 2020-21 season with a deficit.
Thanks to several measures, the Lakers were able to keep the financial impact of the pandemic "low", as they write in a press release. They mention among others the great solidarity of their employees as well as their sponsors and further cost-cutting measures.
The shareholders already approved the income statement before the general assembly, which took place once again in a small setting with only six delegates present due to the pandemic.
The Lakers also announce a change in their Board of Directors. After nine years, Sandro Ruggli has decided to step down.
