It was announced at yesterday's press conference (reported by 24 heures) that head coach Craig MacTavish would be able to count on John Fust and Karel Svoboda, who also is LHC's skills coach, as his assistants for the 2020-21 season. Cristobal Huet remains their goaltending coach.
As a lot of other clubs, the Lions will likely also have to deal with a huge financial loss for this season. "We expect losses of CHF 7 to 8 million," President Patrick de Preux stated. That apparently does not mean, however, that they will definitely renounce from adding a fifth import player.
"We have an eye on the opportunities the market offers, but in principle, we will start with four," John Fust said when asked about their roster for the upcoming season.
