Michael Lindqvist is currently the SHL's seventh-best scorer. It thus comes as no surprise that the young forward has drawn the interest from various teams outside of Sweden. However, having sustained a severe knee-injury, his season has come to an early end. This might also bring teams to reconsider their offers, Svensson writes.

In the short term, Lindqvist's injury is a heavy blow for Färjestad and their ambitions in the upcoming playoffs. After Marcus Nilsson, he is currently their second-best scorer with a total of 25 points (13 goals) in 26 games this season.
