Goalie and club agreed to add another two years to their current deal.

In Davos for a while: Sandro Aeschlimann

HC Davos has extended their contract with Sandro Aeschlimann. The netminder, who joined the club from EV Zug on a two-year deal past summer, will remain with them until 2023. He and recently signed Robert Mayer will form Davos' goalie duo for the coming years.

The 25-year-old has made 17 starts in the National League so far this season, posting a .912 save percentage and allowing an average of 2.64 goals against per game.

"Sandro is a very engaged athlete who gives 100% every practice. As this is his first season of being regularly used in the National League, his development is nowhere near concluded", Davos' goalie coach Peter Mettler is quoted in the club's press release.
