Reto Klay remains the general manager of EV Zug and will continue his tasks as a team manager of the National League team. The departments Goalie Development (Simon Pfister), Physiotherapy (Nicole Schuler), Skating (Cyndy Kenyon) and Equipment (Patrick Nideröst) as well as the staff positions Sport Operations and 'Sport Admin' directly report to him.
As for the Hockey Academy, a new position had to be created due to the forthcoming opening of OYM College. The position as a team manager will be filled by Roland Schmid.
He will not only be responsible for the athletes that will attend the school but also for the EVZ Academy (Swiss League), the U20-Elit and the U17-Elit. He will be supported by Roger Hansson (Head Coach of the farm team and Head of Development), Fabio Schumacher (Head Coach U20-Elit) and Marcel Jenni (Head Coach U17-Elit).
They will also have a team manager who will be responsible for the junior teams. This position will be assumed by Sven Lindemann, who also continues to serve as head coach of the U15 team. Together with professional coach Matthias Hügli, he is responsible for the training of the junior teams. The junior team section includes the teams U13, U11, U9, and the Young Bulls Hockey School as well as the teams U20 A and U17 A, the second team in the 2nd league and the seniors.
