Christian Dubé has received a lot of applications for the position. He also serves as the ad-interim coach for his team and, as he tells the same source, will thus only start to seriously look into the coaching candidates after the game against HC Lugano.
He will also have to decide whether or not he will hire a coach that knows the National League. HC Fribourg-Gottéron's president Hubert Waeber also does not exclude that the Dragons will find a temporary solution until the end of the season and then hire someone for the 2020-21 season.
