La Liberté reported earlier today that the final decision regarding the credit was postponed from yesterday to this morning. However, now it is clear that HCFG will get a loan of CHF 15 million and CHF 5 million capital participation. There was also an amendment added to the original decree, stating that one member of the Council of State will also serve as a member on the Board of Directors of the L'Antre SA, the project owner.

The City Council of Fribourg had already approved the project back in October. Their credit includes three million Swiss Francs for an expansion of the current BCF arena and an additional eight million for further planning. For this purpose, the city has also approved a property for a parking lot and an additional practice rink.
