As anticipated by Russian news outlet Sport-Express, Stéphane Da Costa signs with Genève-Servette HC for the rest of the 2017-18 season.

The 28-year-old forward will join his new teammates at the beginning of next week. According to Chris McSorley, they have had an eye on Da Costa for several years and have now seized the opportunity to sign him.

The former NHL forward (47 games for the Ottawa Senators) played for CSKA Moskva in the past three season and recorded a total of 61 goals and 63 assists in 133 KHL games.
