Simon Moser suffered the injury at the beginning of January but kept playing despite being injured. However, the medical staff and the sportive management have decided to not let him play again before the international break as not to make it worse.
According to Kristian Kapp (Tages-Anzeiger), things are also not looking up for the rest of SC Bern's injured players: Eric Gélinas will likely be out until the end of February, Romain Loeffel (upper-body injury) is out indefinitely, Colin Gerber is considered day-to-day, and Mika Henauer might - at the earliest - return after the international break.
