After missing the entire 2021-22 season and after three surgeries, Johann Morant's ordeal is still not over. The Frenchman had injured his left knee in March 2021 and the problems still persist. Meanwhile, his contract with the ZSC Lions has expired and has not been renewed.
The future of Morant is therefore still open, although he admits that he will approach the issue with caution: "Play again yes, but not at any price" he tells the newspaper.
