Kahun was already part of the German team that won silver in PyeongChang. The forward, who currently plays for SC Bern, has recorded twelve goals and 28 assists in 34 games this season.
The German team will gather in Mannheim on January 31 and fly to Beijing on February 2. They will play their first game at the Olympic Games on February 10 against Canada.
