Olympic Games

Patrick Fischer will count on three goaltenders, eight defensemen, and 14 forwards for the tournament.

The Swiss national team will gather on January 30 for the first stage of the preparation process for the Olympic Games at the OYM in Cham. They will fly to Beijing on February 2.

Ahead of the start of the tournament, the Swiss have also set up two exhibition games. One will be played in Switzerland on February 1 against Canada (no spectators allowed) and one will be played in Beijing against Finland on February 7.
