For the past two seasons, the 32-year-old Canadian played for EHC Winterthur. Now, he has found a new challenge in France's top league.

Zack Torquato leaves Switzerland in direction of France.

Zack Torquato has signed with the Ducs d'Angers, as the club from the Ligue Magnus informs on their Facebook channel. Already at the beginning of May, Der Landbote wrote that the Canadian forward, who also played for SC Langenthal during the playoffs, is set to leave Winterthur.

Over the course of the past two seasons, Torquato suited up in 74 games for EHC Winterthur, in which he recorded 75 points (22 goals). For SC Langenthal he scored one goal and added six assists in twelve playoff games.
