During a press conference, the Federal Council has announced that in any indoor place where the Covid-certificate will be required, wearing a mask will also be mandatory. This applies therefore also to vaccinated people or people who have recovered from Covid-19.
However, events and venues subject to a Covid certificate requirement will be permitted to restrict access to people who have been vaccinated or who have recovered from Covid-19; in that case, attendants would then not have to wear masks.
Moreover, stricter rules on testing will come into force for persons entering the country. In return, all countries will be removed from the current quarantine list. This might play a role especially for the Spengler Cup in Davos.
