Linus Klasen should stick around and Fadri Riatsch, as well as Dario Burgener, have received new contracts. A coach is yet to be chosen.

There will be talks this week between EHC Visp's sports leadership and Daniel Wobmann, who took over the team in December until the recent end of their season. Afterward, a decision about his future as head coach will be made, as the Walliser Bote writes. Otherwise, Dany Gelinas might be the next option for them.

Regarding the roster, there will be some departures. Swede Niklas Olausson is not receiving a new contract. Lukas Hass will likely have to leave as well. Stefan Spinell is looking for a new team. The future of Andy Ritz, Stefan Mäder and Valentin Pilet is not yet decided. For the remainder of the roster members with expiring contracts, a solution should be found.

Earlier this year, the Walliser Bote reported that Fadri Riatsch is unlikely to have his option for an extension activated. It now looks like he has landed a new contract with Visp nonetheless. Dario Burgener, still signed until 2023, has apparently also received an extension.
