The HCB Ticino Rockets are prepared to support the values, strategy, and goals of the "new" Swiss League. They want to become a club with their own identity and fan base and are striving to become an independently operating Swiss League team, as president Davide Mottis states.
The Swiss League AG will support the Rockets in this process. They are also currently looking at the applications of other teams. Several clubs have shown interest in the new product the Swiss League will launch in the 2022-23 season. Ideally, the new Swiss League will also be composed of twelve teams.
