A new jersey awaits Jan Mosimann
HC Thurgau has announced the signing of Jan Mosimann. After not getting a new offer from his old club, the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers, the 26-year-old will join the Lions for one year.
"Jan is a power winger with a scoring touch. He will provide our offense with additional impetus," Thurgau's team manager Gody Kellenberger comments the new face on the roster.
Mosimann was a member of the Lakers for three years. With them, he won the Swiss League title as well as the Swiss Ice Hockey Cup. Prior to that, he was a member of HC Ajoie and EHC Biel. In a total of 126 National League games (including promotion), the forward has recorded 19 goals and seven assists. In the Swiss League, he has put up 38 goals and 53 assists in 195 games so far.
