As Arcinfo reports, in their invitation to their general assembly (scheduled for June 24), HC La Chaux-de-Fonds discloses that they have to announce a deficit of CHF 571,674.79 for the 2019-20 season. With the loss which was accumulated in the previous financial year, the total deficit comes to CHF 626’242,71.

HC La Chaux-de-Fonds is now willing to reduce their share capital from CHF 624,000 CHF to CHF 0 in order to cover the accumulated deficit. After that, they are looking to issue new shares (CHF 3/share)

There will also be some changes on HCC's board of directors. Claude Monbaron (former president of the club), Isabelle Augsburger, Patrick Sgobba, Grégory Duc, Sébastien Maye (Cinq Sens), David Grandjean, and Nicolas Buech are the new candidates for the board. If elected, they will replace Alain Dubois (current president) who is resigning, Eric Nagels, Joris Engisch, Pascal Moesch, Laurent Winkenbach, and René Benninger.
