Introduced last summer, the SC Rapperswil-Jona Lakers will continue implementing the concept of "Coaches Rotation" also the next season. Sven Berger, second assistant coach this year, will lead the U20 squad next season, while Markus Studer will go the other way and complete the coaching staff together with head coach Stefan Hedlund and assistant Bert Robertsson.
With this "Coaches Rotation", the Lakers' goal is to spread the culture of the club through the entire organization at all levels. Additionally, they also want to give their youth coaches the chance to work as possible assistant coaches or maybe even as head coaches of the Lakers in the future.
