"It is correct that we will sign our current head coach to a multi-year deal," Hnat Domenichelli, team manager of HC Lugano, tells Klaus Zaugg (Watson). The two parties have been in talks for a while.
"He will now get a contract as a professional coach with the corresponding salary," Domenichelli added. The team manager of the Bianconeri was, however, not willing to disclose the exact terms of the deal.
Luca Gianinazzi has been HCL's head coach since October 8. Before that, the 30-year-old served as the head coach of Lugano's U20 team.
