Goran Bezina played the majority of his career for Genève-Servette HC, he even captained the National League team for several seasons. He left the team in 2019 and continued to play in the Swiss League for three more seasons before he put an end to his career this past summer.
The former defenseman, who is currently serving as an assistant coach for HC Sierre, was celebrated by GSHC's fans tonight and his No. 57 was raised to the rafters. His number will no longer be available to future players of the Grenats.
