HC Ambrì-Piotta and defender Christian Pinana, 24, have agreed to dissolve their contract, which would have been valid until 2023. The trade between SCB and HCAP involves two additional assets: 17-year-old Simone Terraneo returns to Ambrì from SCB's U20-Elit and the Bears have agreed to loan the Biancoblù one of their players for the Spengler Cup.

Whereas Pinana's new contract in Bern is valid until 2023, Simone Terraneo has signed a four-year deal with HCAP. His contract includes an option for the Leventinesi to extend the deal for an additional year.

In addition to this trade, SC Bern also announces that they have signed 19-year-old forward Noah Fuss from their own U20-Elit. Moreover, defenseman Yannick Hänggi will join SCB during the preparation phase on a tryout. The 24-year-old most recently played for HC Davos and the HCB Ticino Rockets.
