For the first time in five years, EV Zug has to cope with a financial loss. Nonetheless, Patrick Lengwiler, CEO of EV Zug, positively welcomes the annual result: "If we as a company have been able to meet this huge challenge under such difficult conditions so impressively and reduce the loss so drastically, this represents an outstanding achievement. For me, the EVZ with its entire environment on and off the ice is a champion".
"Even if we were able to limit the financial damage in this difficult season, we must not forget what has suffered, what we have lost, what sacrifices had to be made, what investments were not made and are now pending and what challenges we still have ahead of us so that we can make up for all this" comments Lengwiler on the future business strategy of the club.
